Bio
Outside of soccer, I’m an honour student and I work hard to balance school with practices, games, training, and travel. I’m competitive, but I also really like learning and improving. One thing I’ve been told by many of my coaches is that I’m very coachable. I listen to feedback, try to apply it right away, and I’m always looking for ways to get better. Soccer has also taught me discipline and how to deal with setbacks, especially through injuries. I try to bring that same attitude to everything I do, and I’m excited to keep challenging myself both in soccer and in school.

Why This Matters
I’m a 16-year-old goalkeeper and I’ve been playing the position for about six years. I currently play for Edmonton Juventus. This past outdoor season, my team finished in first place, and not long ago we also qualified for a national competition at the U17 level while we were still playing as a U16 team. One of my biggest personal achievements this year has been competing at a high level with my team and earning the opportunity to travel to England with EXACT All-American. This event means a lot to me because playing in Europe has always been a dream. It’s a chance to challenge myself against strong competition, learn from a different soccer environment, and take another step toward my goal of playing professionally. I’ve grown up in the Edmonton area and am really connected to my community through both my school and my soccer club. Soccer has been a huge part of my life for years, and I’m proud to represent my club, my city, and my community when I travel to England.
Financial Needs
Going to England is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for me, but it also comes with a big financial commitment for my mom, who has supported my soccer goals for years through training, travel, equipment, and tournaments.
